What We're Looking For

• Licensed Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in the state of Texas
• Fluency in English and Spanish with the ability to read, write, and speak
• Experience in clinical leadership or clinic management
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate care

Next STEPS Worldwide is redefining outpatient care across Texas and seeks a passionate Managing Clinical Director (Licensed Psychologist) - Bilingual (Spanish) to lead our team in McKinney.

Responsibilities

As Managing Clinical Director, you’ll oversee daily clinic operations, lead a multidisciplinary team, and drive initiatives that ensure top-tier client care and clinic success. You’ll work closely with corporate leadership and serve as the face of the clinic within the community.

Requirements

We are seeking a licensed psychologist with a Ph.D. or Psy.D. in the state of Texas who is fluent in both English and Spanish. Experience in clinical leadership or clinic management is preferred, along with strong communication and organizational skills.
