What You'll Do
- Maintain exceptional care standards, monitor outcomes, and ensure clinical compliance.
- Mentor psychologists, therapists, and support staff, cultivating a supportive and inclusive team culture.
- Develop local strategies that align with company goals and optimize performance.
- Act as a key link between your clinic and corporate leadership.
- Foster strong relationships with local partners and represent the clinic at events.
What We're Looking For
- A licensed psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in the state of Texas.
- Fluency in English and Spanish with the ability to read, write, and speak.
- Experience in clinical leadership or clinic management.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate care.
