The Opportunity
You’ll play a central role in complex, high-value corporate transactions spanning diverse industries and jurisdictions. Working closely with partners and clients, you’ll lead deal teams, draft and negotiate key transaction documents, and advise on strategic business and legal considerations that shape market-leading outcomes.
What You’ll Bring
- 4–6 years of experience at a peer law firm in M&A or private equity transactions.
- Strong academic credentials and an exceptional command of written and verbal communication.
- A proactive mindset, collaborative spirit, and desire to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Membership to the California State Bar.

Compensation
The expected base salary range for this role is $310,000–$390,000, plus discretionary bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
