Key Responsibilities
- Leadership, strategy, and execution of the Central US Region sales organization
- Driving attainment of assigned revenue targets, pipeline growth, and customer expansion objectives
- Leading, developing, and inspiring a high-performing sales team
- Coaching, mentorship, and accountability focused on opportunity progression, deal strategy, and successful closure execution
- Recruiting, developing, and retaining top-tier sales talent
- Partnering closely with sales teams on strategic opportunities
- Providing hands-on leadership in account planning, deal qualification, competitive positioning, negotiation strategy, and closing activities
- Driving disciplined pipeline management and forecast accuracy
- Building and strengthening executive-level relationships with customers, prospects, and strategic channel partners
- Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams including Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Channel leadership
- Developing and expanding partner engagement strategies
- Ensuring alignment and successful customer outcomes throughout the sales lifecycle
- Developing a deep understanding of customer business priorities, operational challenges, and technical requirements
- Positioning solutions that deliver measurable business value
- Creating a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
- Ongoing performance management, coaching, and professional development
- Demonstrating exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and executive communication skills
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Direct-Line Management experience preferred
- Minimum 8-10 Years of Enterprise Sales Experience
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and experience
- Proven track record of over-achieving sales targets and objectives
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future.
