We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description paragraphs. We need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections with real content. We have responsibilities (Key Responsibilities). Qualifications & Experience (Qualifications). Skills & Competencies (Skills). Pay Range (Pay). Benefits? Not mentioned. Schedule? Not mentioned. Additional Information includes remote work environment, periodic travel, etc. Could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section like Additional Information but not required heading list. We should not create sections without content. So we will have:

About the role

with the introductory paragraphs (first two paragraphs maybe). Then

Responsibilities

with list of responsibilities (the bullet points under Key Responsibilities). Then

Qualifications

with required qualifications list. Then

Skills

with skills & competencies list. Then

Pay

with pay range. We must not repeat job title. No metadata like Job ID. Remove boilerplate (EEO, privacy notices). Also remove "Additional Information" maybe incorporate into About the role? Could add a paragraph about remote work etc. But we need to preserve all substantive information. The "Additional Information" includes remote work environment, periodic travel, dynamic environment, leading employees across geographically dispersed teams. That's substantive. Could be part of About the role or a separate section like "Work Environment". But not in allowed headings list; we could put it under About the role as extra paragraph. We must not include sections like Benefits or Schedule if not present. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose use

. We need to preserve all substantive info: The description paragraphs, responsibilities bullet points, qualifications bullet points, skills bullet points, pay range, additional info (remote work, travel, etc). Also the company background paragraph (Horace Mann founded...). That's substantive; could be part of About the role. Let's extract. Intro: "Horace Mann is seeking a strategic, highly collaborative Manager, Workplace Solutions Enablement, to help turn our Supplemental & Group priorities into action and measurable business results. In this role, you'll translate strategic direction into structured plans, lead complex initiatives across the business, and develop a team responsible for helping move priorities from concept through execution. You'll work at the intersection of Product, Distribution, Marketing, Operations, Technology, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Customer Experience, bringing the right people together to solve challenges and advance business objectives. This is an opportunity for an experienced insurance professional who thrives in ambiguity, knows how to create structure around complex problems, and can independently move work forward while keeping leaders informed of the decisions, risks, and tradeoffs that matter most." That's the role description. Then "Key Responsibilities" with subheadings: Strategy to Execution, Cross-Functional Initiative Leadership, People Leadership & Development, Business Solutions & Recommendations, Business Readiness & Enablement, Continuous Improvement. Each has bullet points (sentences). We'll combine all responsibilities into a list. Qualifications & Experience: Required bullet list (multiple lines). Preferred bullet list (maybe separate). We'll combine required and preferred? The instruction: Use

    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can have separate lists for Required and Preferred, each as
. Or combine? Better to keep separate headings? But we only have Qualifications heading; we can include two sub-lists with

indicating Required and Preferred. That's okay. Skills & Competencies: list. Pay Range: "$89,800.00 - $125,500.00 annually + bonus Salary is commensurate to experience, location, etc." We should include that as prose

. Note "Salary is commensurate to experience, location, etc." is filler? It's somewhat generic but it's part of the posting. The instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. The posting states pay range, plus note that salary is commensurate to experience, location, etc. That's not filler? It's somewhat generic but it's actual text. We can include it. Additional Information: remote work environment, periodic travel may be required, role operates in dynamic environment with multiple concurrent priorities and significant cross-functional interaction, must be able to effectively lead employees and collaborate with stakeholders across geographically dispersed teams. We'll put as prose under About the role maybe after company background. Company background paragraph: "Horace Mann was founded in 1945 by two Springfield, Illinois, teachers who saw a need for quality, affordable auto insurance for teachers. Since then, we’ve broadened our mission to helping all educators protect what they have today and prepare for a successful tomorrow. And with our broadened mission has come corporate growth: We serve more than 4,100 school districts nationwide, we’re publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange (symbol: HMN) and we have more than $12 billion in assets. We’re motivated by the fact that educators take care of our children’s future, and we believe they deserve someone to look after theirs. We help educators identify their financial goals and develop plans to achieve them. This includes insurance to protect what they have today and financial products to help them prepare for their future. Our tailored offerings include special rates and benefits for educators." That's substantive; include as prose. Now we need to strip boilerplate: EOE/Minorities/Females/Veterans/Disabled..., California Consumer Privacy Notice, Horace Mann Privacy Policy. Remove those. Now produce HTML. Structure:
