Manager, Solution Enablement

About the role

The Manager, Solution Enablement will lead the enablement efforts for a new AI-driven sales solution. This role will work closely with the product development team to ensure that the sales enablement materials are aligned with the latest features and capabilities of the product.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive training programs for sales teams.
• Collaborate with product development to align sales enablement materials with new product features.
• Design and deliver sales enablement workshops and webinars.
• Assess and improve the effectiveness of enablement programs through feedback and analytics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales enablement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales enablement or a related field.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective training programs.
• Experience working with AI-driven solutions is a plus.
