Manager, Workday People Strategic Insights

For a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, we are seeking a Manager of Workday People Strategic Insights to advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. This role offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a regulated financial services environment.

About the role

You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the People Insights function, providing leadership and direction for analytics and reporting
• Execute the People Insights strategy aligning team objectives with organizational priorities
• Own service delivery processes including intake and prioritization of team requests
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business leaders to deliver data-driven insights
• Establish and manage the operating model for People Insights, including metrics and communications
• Oversee complex analyses and high-priority initiatives, providing escalation support as needed
• Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on analytics and service excellence

Requirements

• BA or advanced degree, or 10+ years of experience in lieu of degree
• 8+ years of experience in workforce analytics or data science
• Proficiency in Workday Prism, Report Writer, and other reporting tools
• Experience with advanced data visualization tools like R or Tableau
• Knowledge of Peakon is preferred

Pay

$130,560 – $208,896 annually
