Join our mission to lead the future of snacking by supporting end-to-end logistics, including warehouse and transport operations. You will ensure service, cost, health and safety, quality, food defense, sustainability, and compliance with legal requirements and policies.

Responsibilities

  • Be accountable for warehouse and transportation operations.
  • Implement the business plan by delivering consistent service levels and adapting the supply chain to changing customer demands.
  • Ensure sufficient operational capacity to meet business needs.
  • Deliver logistics operational cost budget with best-in-class controls and governance.
  • Foster and lead continuous improvement programs to reduce cost, carbon footprint, and improve service performance.
  • Ensure successful project implementation.
  • Select, manage, and develop long-term relationships with third-party service providers.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety, quality, food defense, and legal requirements.
  • Establish a business continuity plan for logistics operations.
  • Support best-practices sharing and adoption.

Requirements

  • Solid background in logistics with experience leading operations in an FMCG/CPG environment.
  • Team leadership experience with proven ability to build effective teams and develop people.
  • Proactive, dynamic, and action-oriented approach with strong project management skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills, business and financial acumen, and ability to forge senior-level strategic partnerships.
  • Strategic thinking with excellent presentation, communication, influencing, and motivational skills.
  • Strong negotiating skills for tough situations with both internal and external groups.
  • 3 years of experience in Warehouse & Logistics Management.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Schedule

  • Fully onsite in Albuquerque, NM.
  • Monthly travel to El Paso, TX.
  • Work schedule: 7 AM to 4 PM local time.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $97,300 to $133,815, depending on experience, skills, education, and location. This role is also eligible for a highly competitive bonus program with overachievement potential based on performance and company results.
