About the role

The Gogo Warehouse & Logistics Operations Manager is a hands-on role that drives daily logistics execution, carrier relations, and cost-control initiatives. While focused on personal execution, you will provide backup team leadership as operational needs require.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and track domestic and international shipments, including LTL, FTL, Airfreight, Rail, and oversized cargo from different departments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, 3PLs, and freight forwarders to manage all freight accounts
  • Support international customers with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) shipments back to Gogo
  • Navigate regulatory challenges, ensure full compliance with customs regulations, import/export laws, and tariff requirements
  • Liaise closely with customs brokers and transport companies to facilitate smooth clearance and proactively resolve border delays, issues, or holds
  • Resolve any delays or issues during the customs process
  • Prepare, review, and validate commercial invoices, certificates of origin, customs declarations, and trade documentation
  • Support the business with international trade guidelines, proper paperwork issuance, service selection, and ACE filings
  • Review and approve freight, customs brokerage, and warehouse invoices
  • Maintain strict inventory integrity and control across all warehouse storage areas

  • Monitor and optimize warehouse layout, product flow, and space utilization
  • Manage and maintain international trade data for part numbers within the ERP system, including Schedule B codes, HTS, ECCN, and license types
  • Direct shipping activities, manage inventory accuracy, and transactions at Forward Stocking Locations
  • Drive continuous improvement through the identification and elimination of inefficiencies in inventory control, warehouse workflows, transportation processes, procedures, and systems
  • Prepare and deliver performance reporting and operational insights to senior leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in customs compliance, international logistics, or cross-border shipping coordination

Qualifications

  • Strong working knowledge of import/export regulations, tariff classifications, and trade documentation
  • Solid background in multimodal freight management, including LTL, FTL, Airfreight, Rail, and oversized shipments
  • Experience working directly with customs brokers, carriers, authorities, and third-party logistics providers
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, and tracking
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and inventory management software to maintain data integrity
  • Experience in material handling processes, equipment, safety standards, and materials management (including inventory planning and procurement tracking)

  • Highly organized individual with extreme attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve logistics issues quickly and efficiently

Pay

Base Pay: $92,000.00 - $115,000.00 USD Annual Target Annual Short-Term Incentive Bonus Plan at 10% (% of Annualized Base Pay)
