Warehouse & Logistics Manager

To grow our team in Little Rock (AR, US), we are looking for a full-time Warehouse & Logistics Manager Position Overview The Warehouse & Logistics Manager oversees warehouse logistics and internal transport operations, ensuring efficient material flow, minimal inventory, and full adherence to safety and quality standards. You’ll lead and develop your team while driving continuous improvement in efficiency and performance. Your tasks: Lead daily warehouse and logistics operations with a focus on safety and accuracyMeet production delivery deadlines and adapt to schedule changesImprove productivity, minimize downtime, and optimize resource usageUtilize WMS and inventory control software for tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, audits, and WMS reconciliation.Optimize warehouse layout, storage systems, and workflow for maximum productivity.Communicate with vendors, and internal Logistics regarding logistics and inventory issues.Enforce safety rules and escalate violations as neededMonitor and ensure compliance with all quality standardsMaintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environmentTrain, schedule, and manage team performance and attendance Experience: Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse managementBachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field preferredCertifications such as APICS CSCP, CLTD, OSHA 30, or Lean/Six Sigma are beneficial.Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate teamsProficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory softwareKnowledge of lean manufacturing principles, 5S, and continuous improvementAbility to optimize workflows and implement operational policiesExcellent communication and organizational skillsExperience optimizing materials flow and production support processes Benefits: Paid time off11 Paid Holidays per yearHealth, dental & vision insuranceLife InsuranceShort-term & Long-term disability insurance401(k) Retirement PlanWork for a modern, international company with excellent health and safety conditionsOpportunity for professional development and on the job training.
