Warehouse & Logistics Manager

About the role

dormakaba is seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Manager based in Reamstown, PA. The manager is responsible for ensuring the organization achieves its on‑time delivery targets, maintains high inventory accuracy, and supports continuous improvement aligned with long‑term business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Strategically lead the plant’s material handling, shipping & receiving, and cycle counting teams, ensuring seamless and accurate material flow to support daily production and customer requirements.
• Develop, coach, and empower a team of 8‑10 and contingent staff, fostering a high‑performance, safety‑first culture.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by integrating lean principles, dMS methodologies, and best practices across material flow processes.
• Implement and sustain robust inventory control processes, leveraging cycle counting programs and systemic controls to achieve high levels of accuracy.

Requirements

• 5+ years in manufacturing/distribution management roles.
• 5+ years of overall warehouse management, logistics, and materials handling experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required (Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related disciplines).

Preferred qualifications

• APICS CPIM certification.
• Master’s degree.
• Lean and/or Six Sigma certification.
• Experience managing multiple sites/locations simultaneously.

Pay

Base Salary $95,000 – $115,000 (salary determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data).
