Manager, V1 Community Marketing

Job Description

Vuori is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to oversee and drive the success of Vuori’s V1 Community Program. The V1 Community Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development, execution and evolution of the program with a strong focus on program management, community engagement initiatives, V1 Leader growth, and marketing of program.

Qualifications

• Who you are:
• - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience preferred
• - Experience working across a variety of teams, including creative, retail, social, influencer, PR, customer service, tech, and legal
• - 6+ years of experience in brand marketing, marketing analytics, community, and/or events
• - 3+ years of experience leading ambassador or influencer relationships
• - Experience leading and managing a team.
• - Proactive leader with the ability to juggle multiple programs and projects at once
• - Must enjoy working out and taking group fitness classes
• - Experience leading a discount, ambassador, or pro-deal program for a brand a plus
• - Experience with project management tools like Asana
• - Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
• - Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• - Passion for cultivating a community of like-minded individuals
• - Values building authentic relationships
• - Athletic retail, fitness, or health and wellness industry experience a plus

Additional Information

• The salary range for this role is $100,900 per year - $129,780 per year. This role is bonus eligible.
