Manager - Utility & Maintenance

Job Summary

Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of all utilities, develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs, minimize equipment downtime, monitor utility consumption, prepare drawing design and budget for expansion projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for washing plant machinery.
• Minimize equipment downtime and improve machine reliability.
• Maintain RSC compliance with safety, environmental, and buyer requirements.
• Lead maintenance and utility teams and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Prepare drawing design and budget for expansion projects.

Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years
• Education: Bachelor of Science in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE)
• Skills: Mechanical Maintenance, Maintenance Engineering, Facilities Maintenance, Plant Maintenance, Equipment Maintenance, Power Utilities, Electrical Maintenance, Knowledge of Maintenance Procedures, Maintenance Planning
