What You’ll Do
- Drive execution of global GTM plans, translating strategy into actionable launch plans and market-ready programs
- Own the global launch calendar, ensuring alignment across Product, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and regional teams
- Support execution across both GTM planning (commercial readiness) and channel governance workstreams
- Lead cross-functional GTM planning forums, tracking progress, risks, and key decision points
- Execute channel strategy and governance, including assortment tracking, exclusivity windows, and pricing compliance
- Develop commercial storytelling materials and sell-in decks for global and regional teams
- Support S&OP processes and ensure GTM alignment to commercial priorities
- Manage distributor market operations, including planning, reporting, and compliance tracking
What You’ll Be Working On
- Building detailed launch plans and execution playbooks for global product launches
- Managing GTM trackers, timelines, and cross-functional deliverables
- Monitoring pricing, promotions, and channel performance across markets
- Supporting development of GTM decks, toolkits, and sell-in materials
- Preparing distributor business reviews and performance summaries
- Conducting competitive and market intelligence analysis
Must Haves
- 6+ years of experience in trade marketing, brand marketing, or commercial roles within beauty or FMCG
- Strong project management and cross-functional coordination experience
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience developing presentations and commercial storytelling materials
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
Pay
Salary Range: $95,000 - $115,000 USD
