What will you do?
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives across key business channels.
- Translate consumer, angler, and shopper insights into effective in-store and channel strategies, creating opportunities for sustainable growth.
- Lead trade readiness for new product launches including sell-in materials, retailer toolkits, and merchandising support.
- Plan and manage trade promotions, pricing strategies, and retailer programs to drive sell-through.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to align strategies and drive results.
- Monitor forecasts, track product performance, and guide strategic decision-making.
- Create and share sales reports, deliver insights, and refine strategies based on industry trends and consumer preferences.

What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years in trade marketing, sales planning, forecasting, or retail.
- Skills: Leadership, strategic thinking, data interpretation, project management, and communication expertise.
- Mindset: Analytical, adaptable, and always eager to learn.
- Tools: Proficiency with CRM systems, forecasting software, and data analytics tools including Excel.
