Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure appropriate sourcing mix between full time staff, contractors, and consulting services aligned to enterprise strategy and budget.
- Partner with Procurement and Vendor Management to optimize cost, delivery quality, and contract compliance.
- Lead multi-year technology workforce planning in partnership with Technology, Finance, and HR.
- Forecast workforce demand and supply across skills, teams, and platforms to ensure capability alignment with strategic plans.
- Identify talent gaps, future skill needs, and resourcing risks; provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
- Support organizational design changes and transformation efforts through workforce modeling and analytics.
- Oversee resource allocation processes to ensure optimal utilization of both internal and external talent.
- Lead workforce optimization initiatives that enhance productivity, reduce gaps, and improve cost efficiency.
- Establish capacity planning models, reporting, and tools to support operational decision-making.
- Monitor utilization trends, skills inventories, and project demand to influence staffing strategies.
- Ensure alignment of workforce plans with enterprise strategy, financial constraints, and portfolio priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Technology Management, Finance, Operations, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in workforce planning, resource management, vendor/third party management, or technology operations.
- Experience leading workforce planning or resource management in a large technology organization.
- Strong understanding of technology delivery models (Agile, DevOps, product-centric) and their workforce implications.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret workforce and financial data to inform strategic decisions.
- Strong communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to influence senior leadership and build cross-functional alignment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, HR Management, or related discipline.
- Certifications in workforce planning, resource management, project/portfolio management (e.g., PMP, PfMP, SAFe).
- Experience with workforce modeling tools, resource management platforms, or BI systems.
- Background in vendor management, contracting, or large-scale technology transformation.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, including understanding of labor cost structures and sourcing economics.
Pay
Salary Range: $120,960-181,440
Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions.
Final compensation decisions will be made in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
