About the role

The IT Workforce Manager is responsible for coordinating IT workforce planning, talent acquisition, personnel administration, and staff-development activities for the IT Division.

Responsibilities

• Implements and maintains the IT Division target staffing model
• Coordinates early-career, internship, staff-augmentation, onboarding, and personnel-management activities
• Supports professional development and knowledge sharing for IT staff
• Monitors and reconciles salary budgets
• Processes salary-budget adjustments and personnel change requests
• Manages work-study allocations and IT scholarship activities
• Maintains personnel dashboard and salary reporting in compliance with established policies and procedures
