Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of IT professionals responsible for enterprise business applications.
- Manage application delivery, support, enhancements, integrations, and system upgrades across SaaS and custom platforms.
- Partner with business leaders to develop technology roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee project portfolios, resource planning, budgeting, forecasting, and delivery of technology initiatives.
- Manage third-party vendors and SaaS providers, ensuring service quality and contract compliance.
- Ensure applications meet security, governance, compliance, and audit requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement, system optimization, and adoption of new technologies.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of IT experience, including leadership of technical teams.
- Hands-on software development background with experience in enterprise applications.
- Experience supporting HR, Legal, Learning Management, or other corporate business systems.
- Strong knowledge of SaaS platforms and internally developed applications.
- Experience managing application implementations, integrations, and ongoing support.
- Prioritization of project management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
- Strong vendor management and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team development abilities.
Preferred Experience
- HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, or Dayforce.
- Learning Management Systems (e.g., Latitude).
- Document management and enterprise collaboration platforms.
- API, middleware, or enterprise application integration experience.
Benefits
Compensation: $160,000 Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
