Manager – Talent Acquisition in Delhi | The Antara Foundation
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across leadership, programme, technical and field positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop hiring plans.
- Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract diverse and high-quality talent.
- Build talent pipelines through job portals, social media, referrals, universities, fellowships and professional networks.
- Lead campus engagement and university partnerships.
- Manage recruitment for The Antara Fellowship Programme.
- Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience.
- Develop competency-based interview frameworks and assessment tools.
- Manage recruitment systems, applicant tracking and hiring documentation.
- Build recruitment dashboards and analyse hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, diversity and source effectiveness.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in talent acquisition, including at least 3 years leading recruitment across multiple functions and locations.
- Experience in the development sector, public health, consulting, or high-growth organisations is preferred.
- Expertise in competency-based interviewing and candidate assessment.
- Experience with recruitment analytics, dashboards, and hiring metrics.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple hiring priorities.

About the role
The Antara Foundation is a public health non-profit working with governments and communities to strengthen health systems and improve maternal and child health outcomes across India. The Manager in Talent Acquisition will lead end-to-end recruitment across leadership, programme, technical and field positions, partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, design and implement recruitment strategies, build talent pipelines, lead campus engagement and university partnerships, manage recruitment for The Antara Fellowship Programme, strengthen employer branding and candidate experience, develop competency-based interview frameworks and assessment tools, manage recruitment systems, applicant tracking and hiring documentation, build recruitment dashboards and analyse hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, diversity and source effectiveness.
Qualifications
