Responsibilities
- Ensures an exceptional customer experience while playing Table Games
- Builds relationships through unique customer interactions to foster customer loyalty and return visits
- Operates casino table games in assigned pits according to state regulations, company policies, and internal controls
- Trains and oversees casino table games personnel
- Manages staff schedules and develops staff
- Promotes integrity of games through surveillance
- Protects gaming equipment and company assets
- Ensures proper player ratings by supervisory personnel
- Models professional behavior during guest interactions
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Knowledge of all casino game rules and regulations
- Preferred PC experience
- Minimum of four (4) years of casino management experience
- Experience with daily scheduling in a casino environment
- Strong organizational, planning, and supervisory skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Knowledge of support operations for Table Games Department
- Required appropriate RI gaming licenses
Physical/Mental Requirements
- Constantly use physical movements for general office duties: standing, walking, balancing, eye-hand coordination, finger dexterity, handling, wrist motion, sitting, reaching, carrying, vision, hearing, stooping, and twisting
- Work under pressure and walk rapidly for long periods of time
- Plan, follow directions, read, write, use math, discriminate colors, work at various tempos or work rapidly, make decisions, concentrate, remember, attention to and observe details, use of ten key and personal computer
- Use mental alertness to achieve high level of accuracy in completing tasks
- Complete complex arithmetic and mathematics quickly and accurately
