Education

Develop, coordinate and implement system clinical education initiatives for transition to practice programs, initial and annual competency functions and lifelong learning responsibilities in centralized educational programs across continuum. Plan, direct and evaluate educational programs for staff to improve competencies, which are innovative in delivery and design, reflect efficient use of work time and maximize use of technology. Ensure educational programs correlate with quality, outcome, and safety initiatives. Promote clinical judgment and improving patient outcomes. Supports creativity, innovation and change to promote excellence.

Experience

• 3 years experience in Staff development required
• 3 years experience in Nursing education required
