Key Responsibilities

  • Lead site supply chain team to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective product availability through strategic planning, scheduling, materials management, and warehouse execution.
  • Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, staging, and shipping activities, ensuring alignment with production and customer fulfillment requirements.
  • Develop and execute the Master Production Schedule in alignment with customer demand and service levels.
  • Optimize plant planning processes, work-in-process control, and loading through collaboration with Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory through cycle counting programs, reconciliation, and system transactions within ERP systems (e.g., JDE).
  • Monitor, analyze, and report performance against plan using KPIs; identify and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Oversee product lifecycle transitions (PLCM), ensuring effective integration into planning systems (e.g., JDE).
  • Serve as primary liaison for cross-functional coordination during new product introductions and customer-related initiatives.
  • Drive efficient warehouse layout, space utilization, and material flow strategies to support operational scalability and cost reduction.
  • Drive compliance with GMP, SOPs, and all applicable regulatory requirements (FDA, DEA, EPA, OSHA, DBPR).
  • Lead recruitment, training, development, and performance management for the supply chain team, ensuring alignment with company policies and values.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence, fostering collaboration, accountability, and innovation across teams.
  • Maintain a strong compliance mindset across safety, environmental, and quality systems.
  • Uphold and model the company’s values of Innovate, Evolve, and Excel in all actions and decisions.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, production planning, or materials management within pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing. Proven track record managing multi-site operations is strongly preferred.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Strong understanding of MRP systems and enterprise resource planning tools (e.g., JDE). Demonstrated expertise in FDA, GMP, DEA, and environmental health & safety regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
