Manager, Strategy
Responsibilities
Support brief and concept development, negotiation, legal, creative.
Aid in build-out and formatting of materials, overview decks, evaluations, campaign kick-off materials, etc.
Contribute to brainstorms and ideation sessions; support team in idea development and build-out of program opportunities.
Proactively seek out creative partners and collaborations.
Critical Administrative Support:
- Notetaking
- Scheduling and leading meetings
- Ability to distill conversations into clear next steps
- Maintain timelines
- Manage and update client-facing and internal status documents
- Review contracts
Requirements
Proactive, has acute attention to detail and is immersed in content and storytelling (audio, film, publications, TV, social, literature, live entertainment).

Education: Inform the team: Stay on top of current content, storytelling, and technology trends and how those may impact the client business or our team; share informal information/links with the team as well as deeper POVs.

Schedule
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
