Manager, Strategic Sourcing

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Manager Strategic Sourcing to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will manage sourcing and supplier priorities that improve value, reliability, and operational performance. You will partner with finance, operations, legal, and business stakeholders to negotiate effectively, manage vendors, and support better purchasing decisions. The position offers the opportunity to improve cost discipline, supplier performance, and the processes that support scalable execution within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $121,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sourcing specialists
• Own end-to-end sourcing strategy for assigned accounts
• Develop and execute annual sourcing plans aligned to client objectives
• Lead complex RFPs and supplier negotiations for high-value services
• Establish supplier performance management frameworks
• Serve as primary sourcing contact for Account Directors
• Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and present sourcing results

Qualifications

• 7+ years of strategic sourcing experience
• 3-5 years of people and/or account management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Procurement preferred
