Strategic Sourcing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing: You will be the architect of the global sourcing strategy for indirect spend across the US and Canada.
• Develop multi-tiered sourcing strategies that mitigate risks, ensure business continuity and leverage supplier partnerships across the enterprise.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts and capacity to secure long-term cost and availability advantages.
• Implement standard work and sourcing KPIs that improve cost, lead time and supplier quality performance.
• Drive risk mitigation strategies addressing internal and external constraints, market volatility through supplier diversification.
• Support adoption of new reporting tools and data processes through training, documentation, and ongoing user support.
• Lead change management efforts related to new suppliers, system enhancements, dashboards, and process improvements.
• Ensure reporting solutions align with supply chain strategy, operational efficiency goals, and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen data-driven decision-making across the supply chain organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sourcing or procurement experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Proven experience in enterprise-level indirect spend management.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to influence without authority.
• Demonstrated success driving change management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency with SAP, Ariba, Power BI, and Excel preferred.
• Able to travel across US and Canada up to 30%.
