This job is a member of the Procurement Team within the Finance Division. This role is responsible for indirectly leading Strategic Sourcing Professionals via a matrixed organization to achieve company and stakeholder results. Procurement is among the fastest-growing professions in the world.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement robust category strategies based on market understanding and alignment with company and internal stakeholder priorities.
  • Drive year-over-year cost reductions and working capital improvements through strategic planning and process improvement.
  • Communicate and present category strategy recommendations and results to all levels of management, including officer-level interactions.
  • Manage relationships with supplier executive teams and internal stakeholders to strengthen business partnerships and ensure regular dialogue.
  • Lead and develop the Procurement team across Tech Ops.
  • Ensure adherence to department policies, company legal requirements, corporate ethics, and business standards.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience/training
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, or Business Administration/Management
  • Preferred: Post-graduate degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
  • 12+ years of relevant experience in Procurement
  • 5+ years of experience leading Strategic Sourcing teams with direct reports

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Ability to lead and engage employees, stakeholders, and suppliers to produce strong results
  • Leadership skills to manage multiple tasks and lead a team
  • Strong analytical thinking and strategic problem-solving skills
  • Process analysis/development skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Domestic and International network
  • Knowledge of Coupa or other procurement-related sourcing tools and systems
