Manager Strategic Program Delivery and Operations

For a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, we are seeking a Manager of Strategic Program Delivery and Operations to lead continuous improvement focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. This role offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and staff management within the department
• Oversee strategic planning and execution for Finance systems to align with business goals
• Manage the complete cloud operations process including governance and change control
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Establish and monitor performance metrics and project status reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred; master's degree is a plus
• 3+ years in a management or leadership role
• 6+ years in project management, showcasing leadership in complex initiatives
• 5 years in consulting, technology services, or related field preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required; ITIL and Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred

Pay

$118,400 – $196,800 annually
