Manager, Store in Store -Bilingual
About the role
This role is essential for managing retail operations within partner locations to drive customer engagement and sales performance. It involves leading a sales team to deliver product education, customer service, and operational excellence in a high-traffic environment. The role requires maintaining strong partnerships with store partners and ensuring team adherence to standards and procedures. Success is measured by customer satisfaction, sales growth, team development, and operational efficiency. The work directly impacts customer experiences and contributes to the overall revenue and reputation of the retail organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the sales team to achieve customer engagement and sales targets through coaching and performance management
- Manage daily store operations including opening, closing, and adherence to retail standards and procedures
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with store-in-store partner leadership and sales teams to support mutual business goals
- Ensure team knowledge of products, services, promotions, and store systems to enhance customer interactions and sales effectiveness
- Monitor and improve customer flow and wait times to optimize the in-store experience and satisfaction
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Education and Work Experience
High School Diploma/GED (Required)
2-4 years Management experience in retail sales (Preferred)
2-4 years Sales & sales management experience (Preferred)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- At least 18 years of age
Pay
Total Target Cash Pay Range: $65,800 - $118,700, inclusive of target incentives
Base Pay Range: $49,350 - $89,025
