Manager, Specialty Clinics (RN) - Otolaryngology
Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Director of Specialty Clinics, the Manager of Specialty Clinics manages, coordinates, plans, evaluates, and improves the functions and activities of the Outpatient Specialty Clinic Departments, as assigned. The manager is responsible for facilitating effective and efficient department operations. Supports the overall efficiency and operations of areas assigned by monitoring staff performance and outcomes relative to established goals and initiatives.

The Manager of Specialty Clinics oversees the day-to-day operations of the clinic departments, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and policies. They also collaborate with other departments to enhance patient care and service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of specialty clinics, ensuring adherence to protocols and standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address clinical issues and improve patient care.
- Evaluate departmental performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize operations.
- Supervise and mentor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure professional development and competency.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination among clinic departments and external partners.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous process improvement efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (minimum) in Nursing
- Current California RN License
- 3 years of experience
- BLS for Healthcare Providers, issued by American Heart Association
- Prior supervisory experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree
- 5 years of experience
- PALS Certification (American Heart Association)
- 2 years of management/supervisory experience
- Bilingual - Spanish

Pay
The current salary range for this position is $70.96 to $97.57 per hour.
Schedule
The schedule for this position is typically Monday through Friday, with some evening and weekend hours required based on department needs.
