Manager, Sourcing (Technology)

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Sourcing (Technology) to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will lead strategic technology sourcing efforts across client engagements, with a strong emphasis on process improvement, project execution, and financial analysis. You will partner closely with client management, executives, and vendor stakeholders to identify business issues, develop actionable recommendations, and support service excellence. The position also plays a key role in engagement financials and business development while helping drive high-quality outcomes for a globally integrated team. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually Responsibilities Support and manage all project aspects, guiding resources and conducting data analysis Oversee engagement financials and support business development efforts Identify and assess client business issues, ensuring service excellence Develop actionable recommendations to implement changes while minimizing disruptions Provide regular status updates to client management and executives Collaborate with third-party vendors to negotiate and monitor performance against KPIs Deliver high-quality results and provide guidance in content delivery Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Supply Chain, or Management Information Systems preferred 4+ years of relevant experience in industry or consulting with a focus on strategic sourcing, process improvement, project management, or financial analysis Ability to think strategically and identify critical business issues Exceptional analytic skills and experience with quantitative and qualitative data analysis Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commanding presence in front of audiences Permanent U.S. work authorization Willingness to travel 0–30% based on client needs Benefits Remote work option available across the U.S., with a preference for Chicago-based candidates for hybrid work at headquarters Opportunities for professional development and mentoring junior team members Engagement with high-level client management and executives Access to a collaborative environment with a globally integrated team of strategists and specialists Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
