Manager, Sourcing

Essential Job Functions

• Develop and execute multi-year category strategies aligned closely with business priorities and demand forecasts.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives, including spend analysis, RFP development, supplier evaluation, and award recommendations.
• Conduct total cost of ownership (TCO) and cost-modeling analysis to inform sourcing decisions.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contractual agreements to achieve cost savings and risk mitigation objectives.
• Establish and manage supplier relationships, including performance reviews, scorecards, and continuous improvement.
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and other internal stakeholders to align strategies with operational requirements.
• Monitor market trends, cost drivers, and risk factors to proactively address supply or drive innovation.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contract governance standards, and enterprise risk.
• Support procurement process improvement initiatives, including automation, standardization, and advanced financial models.

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
• At least 8 Years' of Experience.
