As a Manager, Consulting, you'll be at the heart of this exciting journey, owning and delivering value to merchants by understanding their goals and using the CMSPI Method to help them succeed.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise merchant accounts, building and maintaining relationships, and managing expectations.
- Lead discussions on commercial optimization opportunities and improvements to merchant payments arrangements.
- Deliver meaningful impact on clients and their partners, influencing key stakeholders to make positive business decisions.
- Be accountable for key revenue and project milestones, owning revenue targets, managing risks and opportunities, and updating forecasting reports.
- Act as a key merchant advocate internally, ensuring high-quality work is delivered on time and within budget.
- Assess pricing contracts and SLAs for CMSPI and its merchants where relevant.
- Maintain and enhance knowledge across industries, sharing insights with team members and staying updated on CMSPI's core and newer product offerings.
- Work closely with the Director of People Performance to ensure accurate resourcing, project coordination, and team support.
- Represent the CMSPI brand with authenticity, professionalism, and integrity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Sciences, Mathematics, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Graduate degree is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in consulting, customer success, or account management of enterprise-level clients.
- Willingness to travel to client and company meetings as required.
- Advanced competency with Microsoft Office tools; knowledge of PowerBI and advanced Excel is highly desirable.
- Strong relationship management, negotiation, and commercial skills.
- Ability to manage multiple competing projects and priorities with logic, creativity, and problem-solving techniques.
- Interest in payments, consulting, market intelligence, and data analytics.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Sciences, Mathematics, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Graduate degree is a plus).
