Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and solution design, mapping workflows and requirements
- Deliver persuasive demos tailored to stakeholder outcomes
- Translate customer requirements into actionable solutions
- Guide customers from discovery through implementation for a smooth transition
- Partner with Local Market Leaders for field training and support
- Manage incoming requests via Salesforce and communicate updates
- Act as a bridge between Sales and Product, clarifying new features
- Track and report key performance metrics to showcase impact
Qualifications
- 3+ years in client-facing sales or consulting in payments
- 1+ year translating accounts payable processes into automated solutions
- Bachelor's degree or military experience preferred
- 5+ years in payments-related consulting required
- Experience with accounting and ERP systems like Quickbooks and NetSuite preferred
