Manager, Solutions Architecture, SAP, AGS-US Specialists
About the role
Single-threaded ownership of a US-based Specialist Solution Architecture team focused on helping AWS customers migrate and maintain their SAP workloads. Maintains key stakeholder relationships across AWS at a global level. Serves as a technical executive sponsor for key accounts in the US. Actively coaches and performance manages a high-performing team, holding a high bar for results and individual growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a team of senior technology professionals, ideally in customer-facing roles.
- Implement and manage SAP ERP solutions, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA.
- Architect, migrate, transform, and modernize customer requirements to the cloud.
- Shape business strategy for technical products or services for large enterprises or partners.
- Coach and performance manage a high-performing team, holding a high bar for results and individual growth.
Requirements
- 2+ years of architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider like Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc. experience.
- 8+ years of technology solutions development and evangelising end-to-end technology roadmaps that guide IT transformations toward cloud computing experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience leading and growing teams of senior technology professionals, ideally in customer facing roles.
- 7+ years of implementing and managing SAP ERP solutions, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA.
Qualifications
- Experience architecting, migrating, transforming or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud.
- 10+ years of enterprise IT application work that includes at least 2 years of hands-on software development or DevOps engineering experience.
Skills
Passionate about helping companies/partners understand best practices for SAP technologies on AWS, migrating workloads, and the modernization of legacy architectures. Willing to take on any challenge and make a big impact.

Pay
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
