About the role

The Director of Ryan White Program Case Management provides strategic and operational leadership for all case management functions across the organization or assigned programs. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality client service delivery, regulatory compliance, staff performance, workflow efficiency, and outcomes achievement. The Director develops systems, supervises leadership staff, and aligns case management operations with overall program goals and funding requirements. Ensures day-to-day services run effectively while building long-term capacity and performance.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Administers grants and service delivery awards including budget management, oversight of sub-awardees, submission of required reports and coordination with federal project officers and other funders.
  • Captures and reviews outcomes and patient satisfaction data.
  • Oversees development and delivery of services that support early identification, engagement and retention of patients under consistent health care.
  • Supervises Case Managers, Specialists and a Coordinator.
  • Writes and ensures timely submission of competitive and continuation grant applications and other public, private and foundation grants.
  • Advises other lead staff to ensure grants are prepared consistently and of high-quality.
  • Contributes to internal and external planning efforts toward the development of quality health care and support services in the St. Louis region.
  • Solicits consumer input in program design, implementation and evaluation of services, including development, recruitment and facilitation of a consumer advisory board.
  • Maintains regular meetings with the Medical Director and Executive Director regarding strategic planning and program development.
  • Cultivates leadership and managerial skills among emerging staff to enhance the organization’s capacity to implement new programs.
  • Works closely with the Mental Health Specialist to oversee mental health, substance abuse and support group services, including securing linkages to community-based providers/resources.

Salary Range

$70,600.00 - $109,500.00 / Annually
