About the role
As a manager in SEO, you’ll deliver best-in-class work for clients. You’ll apply your SEO knowledge and experience to have a positive impact on client deliverables and the wider team. You will help define the campaign delivery plan, including objectives and ways to optimize success. You will generate and promote innovative concepts using our test-and-learn approach and share successes across the practice by improving guidelines, playbooks, and processes—including automation opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Deliver highly successful, brilliant SEO campaigns that outperform KPIs, on budget and on time.
- Define campaign delivery plans and measurement targets.
- Track and optimize campaigns effectively.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients on day-to-day tasks and deliverables.
- Develop, implement, and follow guidelines and processes, contributing to automation and process improvement ideas.
- Actively contribute to developing a best-practice roadmap to continually evolve our SEO offering.
- Mentor others across the practice to grow capability and knowledge.
Requirements
- Strong SEO delivery track record with 2+ years of experience.
- Passion for your craft and demonstrable success in optimizing SEO campaigns through automation, processes, and technology adoption.
- Good understanding of how other channels work and optimize together.
- Confident, dynamic, and authentic communicator who values quality work and continuous learning.
- Passion for growing the knowledge of those around you.
- Excellent presentation skills and strong data analysis and reporting abilities.
- Strong attention to detail, methodical, and process-oriented.

Pay
Current position range: $75,000—$105,000 USD
