Manager/Senior Manager, SALT Asset Management

About the role

We are seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to join our Business Tax Services practice, responsible for managing a diverse client portfolio and acting as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax teams
• Understand and analyze U.S. GAAP rules affecting clients
• Manage engagement risks and finances such as billing and budgets
• Deliver high-quality tax advice
• For Senior Manager: contribute to market activities and mentor team members

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years (Manager) or eight years (Senior Manager) of recent corporate tax experience, especially in financial services and alternative investments
• Bachelor's degree
• Licensed CPA, JD/LLM, or EA
• Proficiency in taxing corporations, partnerships, and flow-through entities
• Strong communication skills
