RTX anticipates the application window closing approximately 40 days from the date the notice was posted. However, factors such as candidate flow and business necessity may require RTX to shorten or extend the application window. RTX is an Equal Opportunity Employer... (boilerplate to remove). Privacy Policy and Terms: Click on this link to read the Policy and Terms (boilerplate). We need to remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should remove the "Learn More & Apply Now!", "Please ensure the role type defined below is appropriate for your needs before applying to this role." etc. Also remove the EEO statement, privacy policy, etc. We need to keep substantive info: location, role type, citizenship/clearance requirements, about RTX description, role description (the paragraph about LADS SBU etc), What You Will Do (list), Qualifications You Must Have (list), Qualifications We Prefer (list), What We Offer (values, benefits, salary range). Also maybe include Pay section (salary range). Benefits section (list of benefits). Schedule? Not mentioned besides Onsite (role type). Could include Schedule as Onsite? But schedule not given; we have role type Onsite. The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should include sections only if posting has real specific content. So we can have: - About the role (maybe combine the description about LADS SBU and role overview). Could be "About the role". - Responsibilities (the "What You Will Do" list). - Requirements (citizenship/clearance, maybe also "U.S. Citizen..."). - Qualifications (maybe combine Must Have and Prefer? But we could separate into Qualifications (Must Have) and Preferred Qualifications (Skills?). However they said use headings like Qualifications, Skills. Could have Qualifications for Must Have, Skills for Preferred. But we need to follow instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can map: - About the role: overview paragraph(s) about role and company. - Responsibilities: What You Will Do list. - Requirements: citizenship/clearance requirements. - Qualifications: Must Have list. - Skills: Preferred list (or maybe combine with Qualifications? but we can separate). - Benefits: list of benefits. - Pay: salary range. - Schedule: maybe not present; we have Onsite role type but not schedule details. Could we put Schedule as Onsite? The instruction says include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it. The posting does mention Position Role Type: Onsite. That's specific content about schedule/location. So we could include Schedule heading with Onsite. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for Senior Manager, Contracts. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft. We'll start with a

for metadata: Date Posted, Location, Role Type maybe. But we should not include boilerplate like "Date Posted: 2026-09-10". That's substantive metadata; we can keep as a short

. The instruction says "fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include a

with Date Posted, Location, Role Type. Now sections. We'll need to escape any HTML special characters? Not needed. Let's draft:

Date Posted: 2026-09-10 • Location: US-MA-TEWKSBURY-TB4 ~ 836 North St ~ INNOVATION BLDG • Role Type: Onsite

Then

About the role

followed by paragraphs describing RTX and the role overview. We need to preserve all substantive info: The paragraphs about RTX, LADS SBU, etc. We'll combine into maybe two

elements. Let's extract the relevant paragraphs: "At RTX, the world's largest aerospace and defense company, 185,000 great minds are united by purpose and inspired to make a difference solving the world’s most complex problems. With our three market leading businesses, world-class operations and investments in research and development, we offer capabilities and opportunity no one else can. Then: "The Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) Strategic Business Unit (SBU) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager, Contracts within the Global PATRIOT® program area. We are looking for an experienced candidate to provide oversight of a multinational portfolio. The portfolio is predominately comprised of Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) for the production, integration, technical assistance, and sustainment. In this role, you will lead the front-end assessment
