About the role
RADA DRS located in Germantown, MD, is seeking a full-time on-site Security Manager.
Responsibilities
- Oversee, monitor, and report on all security aspects of the DRS Security Program, DRS Proxy requirements, DRS Security policies and procedures and physical security programs and activities at a DRS cleared facility.
- Implement, manage, and ensure compliance with DRS security policies, procedures and directives.
- Serve as primary advisor to the Site VP/GM, executive management, and senior leadership on all site-specific physical and Proxy security compliance matters.
Qualifications
- Must be a United States Citizen and have a current active Security Clearance.
- Must already hold or be able to obtain the ISP certification from NCMS within two years of accepting the position.
- Must have 5 years of FSO related experience with a Bachelor's Degree; An additional 3 years of applicable work experience may be substituted for the Bachelor’s requirement.
- Must have working knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program Operations Manual (NISPOM).
- Must be able to develop and execute security policy, plans, and procedures.
Skills
- Knowledge of current CUI (ITAR/EAR) regulations and protections.
- Ability to effectively communicate with peers, customers, and site executives.
- Familiarity with FOCI mitigation processes and procedures, with emphasis on Proxy Agreement management.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $101,098.00-$144,569.70.
