Manager Scheduling and Eligibility

Duties And Responsibilities

• Maintain monthly scorecards capturing individual performance including but not limited to attendance, abandoned call rate, patient experience, and quality assurance review outcomes.
• Work with the corporate training team to develop and maintain training materials to meet the needs of those we serve.
• Work with the individual hospital leadership team to ensure adherence to established protocols for the scheduling, cancelling, and rescheduling of patients.
• Afford assistance to the VP of RCM to establish customer service standards. Ensure adherence through consistent call center monitoring.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and professional rules of decorum.
• Work within a remote call center environment, free from distractions and background noise.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs with excellent PowerPoint skillset.
• Communicate effectively and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Effectively solve problems that cross organizational boundaries.
• Lead the team in a manner that is supportive of creating a department known for its credibility in skillset and execution of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Communicate effectively with well-designed materials.
• Set goals that are measurable and promote growth within the team.

Work Experience, Education And Certifications

• Prefer BS/BA in a related field or relevant experience is desired.
• Previous scheduling experience in the medical field required.
• Prioritize two years of leadership experience directly related or within a comparable discipline.
