Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of IT or enterprise technology experience
- 6+ years as a Salesforce architect, with a track record of leading solution design on complex deals
- Prior experience leading, mentoring, or managing a pre-sales or architecture team
- Demonstrated ability to build tools, demos, or assets from scratch, not just present what exists
- Active engagement with AI tools in a professional context, with examples to show
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns, web service APIs, and platform limitations
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills across executive and technical audiences
- Experience across Salesforce core products
- Industry experience in one or more of Plative's core verticals: Nonprofit, Financial Services, High Tech, or Business Services
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Agentforce configuration and deployment
- Familiarity with enterprise middleware: MuleSoft, Workato, Boomi, or Jitterbit
- Experience with NetSuite or other ERP platforms
- Front-end development experience: React, Aura, or similar frameworks
- Salesforce certifications at the architect level (Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA)
