Manager, Sales Training

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Sales Training to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will shape onboarding and training experiences that help sales representatives ramp quickly and perform effectively in a customer-facing commercial environment. You will translate business priorities into practical learning programs, partner closely with sales leadership, and strengthen manager engagement through coaching tools and touchpoints. The work will focus on building capability, improving field execution, and ensuring training reflects real-world selling expectations and customer interactions. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $102,000 – $177,100 annually Responsibilities Lead the design and execution of the new sales representative onboarding process Translate business needs into practical learning solutions Design blended learning journeys incorporating various training methodologies Partner with sales leaders to define development priorities Ensure onboarding reflects real customer interactions and selling expectations Build manager engagement through coaching resources and defined touchpoints Evaluate training effectiveness using relevant feedback and assessments Qualifications BA/BS required; MA/MS preferred 5+ years in sales training, onboarding, or commercial training; vision care sales experience preferred Strong business acumen connecting capability needs to commercial priorities Expertise in field selling and customer engagement Demonstrated ability to facilitate engaging training experiences, both virtual and in-person Experience building and managing training curriculum and materials is a plus Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Benefits Consolidated retirement plan and 401(k) savings plan eligibility 120 hours of vacation per year 40 hours of sick time, varies by state residency 13 days of holiday pay including floating holidays Up to 40 hours of personal and family time per year 480 hours of parental leave within one year of a child's birth or adoption 240 hours of bereavement leave for immediate family members Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
