About the role

This position supports the North America PC business and is accountable for driving operational execution, business alignment, and in-quarter performance management across the sales organization.

Responsibilities

  • Present business performance, operational risks, opportunities, and execution status updates to leadership teams on a regular basis
  • Translate business trends and operational insights into actionable recommendations to improve execution and accelerate attainment
  • Partner with Category, Finance, and Sales teams on strategic initiatives, and growth priorities
  • Simplify and improve operational processes to increase visibility, responsiveness, and executional speed across the business
  • Develop executive-level presentations and materials to support business reviews and leadership decision-making

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of relevant industry experience (technology, sales, retail, or related fields)
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong data analytics and problem-solving capabilities
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Proven ability to lead and drive results without direct authority
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and partnership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
