Manager Sales Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, results-driven Marketing & Sales Manager to lead our consumer brands in Bangladesh. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing innovative marketing strategies, expanding distribution channels, and strengthening brand presence in the highly competitive cosmetics market.

Responsibilities

• Appoint professional distributors in vacant areas of Bangladesh.
• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business growth.
• Lead and manage the sales and marketing team to ensure monthly target achievement.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand distribution networks across Bangladesh.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and key business partners.
• Develop branding, promotional campaigns, and product positioning strategies.
• Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to formulate effective business strategies.
• Plan and execute new product launches and promotional activities.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and market analyses.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to ensure product availability.
• Manage marketing budgets and maximize the return on promotional investments.
• Conduct regular training and performance evaluations for the sales force.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and maintain high standards of brand reputation.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management to support business objectives.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in marketing and sales, with a focus on brand management, sales management, and distribution.
• Proven skills in brand management & development, corporate sales, sales hiring, advertising sales, sales coaching, and domestic sales.
• Experience in the cosmetics or consumer goods industry is preferred.
