Manager, Sales Engineering (Remote)

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to identify and design customer-centric security solutions
• Provide technical expertise and conduct product demonstrations
• Prepare proposals and responses to RFPs
• Gather and relay feedback from clients to product and engineering teams
• Stay updated on security trends and maintain product knowledge
• Develop technical marketing materials with the marketing team
• Build strong relationships with customers and industry experts

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in sales engineering
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
• Extensive contacts in the information security industry
• Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
• Proficiency in the MEDDIC sales process
• Ability to communicate complex security issues effectively
• Experience with AI technologies in security solutions
