Manager, Corporate Sales Engineering (Remote)

About the role

This role will lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Create processes for delivering technical product presentations and demonstrations
• Ensure effective delivery of qualified Proofs of Value (POVs) through remote installations
• Collaborate with Sales Leaders to optimize solutions for prospects and customers
• Resolve escalations to ensure an excellent experience with the company products
• Exemplify leadership by enabling team success within the organization
• Mentor and guide the team while participating in customer calls for escalations

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in IT/technology consulting or sales engineering
• 2+ years preferred leadership experience in a technical field
• Proficient in leading teams with high technical aptitude
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Solid problem-solving skills with a systematic approach to complex issues
• Knowledgeable in incident response, computer forensics, and endpoint security

Pay

$135,000 – $205,000 annually
