About the role
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels including phone, email, chat, and social media. Conducting initial assessments, resolving issues, and escalating complex cases as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, and social media inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Resolve customer issues independently or escalate to supervisors as needed.
- Train and support new agents as part of the team.
- Contribute to improving customer satisfaction through feedback and suggestions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software and customer relationship management best practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
