About the role

We are seeking an Independent Sales Representative with footwear or apparel experience to join our team. This will be a commissioned 1099 role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop leads and drive sales by actively contacting businesses in your area
  • Physical visits to local accounts are a key component
  • Sell and follow up with clients regularly

Requirements

  • Experience in footwear or apparel sales
  • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals
  • Professional demeanor and selling style
  • Solid experience in opportunity identification, pre-visit planning, account development, and time/territory management
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent listening skills
  • High energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
  • 2 years of direct work experience in an external sales capacity
