Manager Sales, Business Development Representative
Primary Responsibilities
- Management responsibilities include, but are not limited to hiring, coaching, skills development, recognition and rewards, labor planning and forecasting, staff productivity and performance management to include disciplinary actions up to and including termination.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to design the enterprise outbound and account-based sales motion
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with corporate objectives, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
- Persist with Business Development and Sales Operations to enhance sales outreach performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Finance, and product management to optimize offerings and promotional strategies.
- Maintain current client relationships and identify areas for potential clients
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of related and relevant experience
- 4 years of supervisory or management experience, preferably Logistics, Fulfillment, SaaS, or complex B2B environments
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Experience building or scaling outbound and/or account-based sales teams
Skills & Abilities
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams
- Strong understanding of account-based sales, enterprise sales cycles, buying committees, and deal complexity
- Ability to engage and influence C-suite and senior stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive coaching and decisions
- Skilled in building and optimizing outbound processes and messaging
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership presence
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize team and pipeline performance
- Growth mindset with ownership and accountability for results
