A Day in the Life of a Manager
In this role, you'll spearhead efforts to prospect, close new business, and expand wallet share with existing customers. Your leadership will be pivotal in developing, implementing, and executing a high-impact sales plan designed to exceed your goals.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, client-first customer experience
- Lead, mentor, and inspire your team to drive sales growth
- Develop and execute strategies to exceed revenue goals
- Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry leaders
- Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure seamless project delivery
- Recruit, train, and develop top-performing team members
- Leverage Salesforce to manage pipelines and track performance
- Support RFP efforts to secure new business opportunities
- Travel 20-50%, including occasional extended stays at disaster sites
- Valid driver's license required
Requirements
Experience & Education
- 5+ years solution-based sales experience
- 4+ years sales leadership experience
- Proven success driving new business & exceeding revenue goals
- Bachelor's degree & Salesforce knowledge, preferred
